The front piece is a fixed mold. It is fastened to the panel by screws to determine the position of the mold. The other piece is a movable mold. It can manipulate its traverse, close the lower mold, and cover the upper mold, core and mold. The holes make up a specific cavity. If the dough is injected beforehand, it will be pressed into an egg tray shape. The upper mold is lifted and the lower mold is separated to form a certain distance. The finished product and the remaining material fall out of the slide. There are two longitudinal long holes in the mold body. Built-in electric heating tube, and tightened with screws, respectively, heating power, is a source of heat for the egg tray.
The moving mold is connected with the traction mechanism in the middle of the panel by two connecting rods. The curved right ball handle is used to move the mold forward and backward. There is an adjustable height bolt under the right connecting rod. When the lower mold is closed, the lower part of the connecting rod contacts the top surface of the bolt for positioning. The connecting rod must overcome the dead point and then press down 2-3 mm, which is called "locking" and is obtained by adjusting the height of the bolt. The upper mold is equipped with a traction seat and is connected to the arm via a joint bolt. Hold the upper mold opening and closing handle and turn it upwards around the beam until the joint bolt is in contact with the beam, then the upper mold is raised to the highest point, and vice versa. The mold clamping of the upper and lower molds of the ice cream cone machine must also have the requirement of “locking”, the principle of which is the same as the locking mode after the lower mold is closed, and the degree of locking can be adjusted by the screws provided on the arm.
(c) The electrical part of the ice cream cone maker machine: In addition to the actuators mounted in the mould already described above, the control elements are centrally located in the electrical box. The instrument panel is equipped with two sets of temperature controllers, which can adjust and control the temperature of the upper and lower molds, respectively, and automatically maintain them at the set value. Turn the knob right and the heater is energized. The arrow on the knob indicates the set temperature. The indicator lights up at this time to indicate that heating has begun. When the mold reaches the set temperature and goes out, the egg tray can be baked.
